What you will learn in Reiki Level 1:
•The Chakra systems
•The History of Usui Reiki - developed by a Japanese Buddhist called Mikao Usui
•How Reiki works as a system of energy healing and spiritual practice
•Basic techniques in Reiki for self healing and for use on friends and family
•You will have an opportunity to practice treatments on yourself or others
•Receive a Level 1 Reiki attunement
•Produce 2 case studies to be submitted after the training day prior to receiving Certification
